Dr. Paul acquired profound experience in ART by working at Sheffield Fertility Centre in the UK. He then returned to Malaysia and served as the Head of the Reproductive Medicine at University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC). Dr. Paul graduated from the Queen’s University of Belfast Northern Ireland, U.K. in 1993 and received the Bachelor of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics title.
He then acquired the Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 1996, and also got a Diploma in Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare.
He set up and led the IVF center of one of the biggest hospitals in Malaysia and also taught reproductive medicine to post-graduate students.
He is a skilled laparoscopic surgeon, who can efficiently specially perform surgeries like percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA) for men.
