I’ve always wanted a big family and hoping for atleast two babies. We’re to do IVF soon.. can ivf make twins? Is there anything I can do to ensure the birth of twins via IVF?

Twins are certainly a possibility in IVF because if you transfer multiple embryos, and they all attach, you can have as many babies.
It is however discouraged by the doctors because of the possible risks both to the babies and the mother.
When two or more embryos are transferred at the same time in IVF, there is no guarantee that both will stick. If they do, you might have a twin pregnancy, but there is still no guarantee that both embryos will get through the whole pregnancy because of the associated risks. If you want multiple kids, it is best to transfer one euploid embryo at a time and freeze the rest, so you can get pregnant again 🙂
