Infertility Aide works like a highly-specialized search engine that is intended to help individuals seeking fertility services find independent doctors and clinics. We offer informational resources, doctor and clinic profiles, patient reviews, and AI-assistance for search results based on your input.

We are not a medical provider, do not offer diagnoses or treatments, and do not practice medicine in any form. All treatment decisions and provider selections are your sole responsibility.

Infertility Aide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinic or doctor recommendations. Any suggestions, AI responses, or content on the site are for informational purposes only. Although our AI may suggest providers based on your submitted information, we do not endorse or recommend any specific doctor, clinic, or treatment. Any ads or sponsored content on the platform are not endorsements of those services or providers.

We encourage all users to conduct independent research, verify credentials, and consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making any medical decisions.

All provider profiles and clinic details are submitted by the healthcare professionals themselves or their authorized representatives. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, Infertility Aide does not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

You acknowledge that Infertility Aide is not responsible for any false, outdated, or misleading information in a provider’s profile.

When you use Infertility Aide, you agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, or WhatsApp for service updates, inquiries, appointment requests, and offers. These communications are essential to the services we provide.

Our AI chat tool is designed to offer personalized assistance, but the information provided is based solely on what you share and is not verified by medical professionals. It may not reflect your full clinical situation. You should not rely exclusively on chat responses for making medical or treatment-related decisions.

Before you start a conversation, we ask you to confirm that the information you share will be used to support your fertility care. How we handle this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using Infertility Aide, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Impersonate any individual or misrepresent your identity
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional material
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the site or collect data
• Violate any applicable laws, including data protection and patient privacy laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating any of these conditions.

Who can give feedback

Feedback can only be submitted by a patient whose conversation on Infertility Aide was closed after treatment was completed with that doctor or clinic. We do not request feedback after a consultation alone. Each completed treatment allows one submission.

The feedback window

• You have 7 days from the date your treatment is marked as completed to submit feedback
• We send you a request when the window opens and up to two reminders before it closes
• If you do not respond within 7 days, this is recorded as a 10/10 experience with no concerns reported, and it counts towards the IA Score
• Feedback cannot be submitted or changed after the window closes

Scores and written reasons

Any score below 8 requires a short written reason. Scores are shown publicly together with your diagnosis, procedure, outcome, age, gender, location, and an anonymous patient ID. Your name is never shown.

Private feedback

You can mark any written text as private. Private text is seen only by Infertility Aide and is never shown to the doctor, the clinic, or other users. Your scores still count towards the IA Score.

What is not allowed

• False or misleading statements about care you received
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language
• Phone numbers, email addresses, links, or other personal details of anyone
• Feedback written to retaliate against, or on behalf of, a doctor or clinic
• Content that is not about the care you received

Moderation

Feedback is published automatically. Text that our checks flag, for example for personal details or abusive language, is held for review before it appears. Our team may hold, hide, or remove text, or remove feedback that breaks these Terms. These decisions are made by people, not by automated systems. When text is held or hidden, the scores usually remain and continue to count.

Doctors and clinics

Doctors and clinics listed on Infertility Aide must not offer payment, discounts, or other benefits in exchange for feedback, ask patients to change or withdraw feedback, or treat patients differently because of the feedback they give. Infertility Aide may remove a provider from the Platform for doing so.

Your content

By submitting feedback, reviews, questions, or other content, you:

• Grant Infertility Aide a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the public parts of your content across its services
• Confirm the content reflects your own experience and that you have the legal right to post it
• Agree not to submit false, defamatory, abusive, or illegal material

Feedback is not automatically deleted if you close your account. To request removal, please contact our support team.

Infertility Aide retains full ownership of its platform content, trademarks, and brand materials. No user content shall infringe upon our copyrights or those of others.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Infertility Aide is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Clicking external links is done at your own risk, and we encourage you to review third-party privacy and terms pages before sharing any information.

Infertility Aide is not a party to any agreement between patients and clinics. We do not intervene in disputes, cancellations, or dissatisfaction related to medical services.

However, to support transparency and documentation, we encourage users to keep their appointment chats and timeline updated, as this information may assist in resolving misunderstandings between parties.

Infertility Aide may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our policies or misuse the Platform.

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or regulatory changes.

Certain provisions of these Terms, such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and ownership rights, survive account closure or termination.

Infertility Aide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including outcomes of treatment decisions, provider interactions, or content inaccuracies.

You use the Platform at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infertility Aide, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, submitted content, or violation of these Terms.
