How Infertility Aide works
Patients use this platform to make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Here is exactly how we list providers, verify reviews, track ratings, and hold clinics accountable.
Four things that make us different
Select any pillar to learn how it works.
Any clinic can apply. None can pay to rank higher.
Infertility Aide is not a paid directory. Any fertility clinic or doctor operating in our supported countries can apply to be listed — listing eligibility is based on qualifications, not marketing spend. Providers cannot pay for better placement, and commercial relationships have no influence on where they appear in search results.
- No pay-to-rank or sponsored placements
- Open to all qualifying clinics and independent doctors
- Rankings reflect patient outcomes, not advertising budgets
- Some of the best specialists never invest in marketing — we help patients find them anyway
How a review actually gets verified
Not a checkbox. Not a document upload. Here is the process, step by step.
You connect with a clinic through IA
The match between you and the provider is recorded in our system from the moment you make contact through the platform.
Treatment takes place
You go through the process. We continue monitoring the relationship through patient-reported updates.
We confirm the treatment connection
No document upload, no self-reporting. The verified connection already exists in our system — that is how we know.
Your review goes live
Only at this point can you submit a review. It cannot be removed by the clinic or suppressed by payment.
Ratings that stay honest over time
We separate clinic and doctor ratings so neither one gets distorted by the other.
Doctor ratings
A doctor's rating follows them, not the clinic they happen to be working at today. If a doctor you followed moves to a different clinic, all their reviews and their cumulative rating move with them.
Clinic ratings
A clinic's rating reflects how it functions as an organization: administration, communication, coordination of care, and overall patient experience. This score belongs to the clinic regardless of which doctors are on staff.
Success rate data
Success rates are currently clinic-reported. We are building toward verified outcome data from patients treated through our platform. Every clinic profile clearly states which source applies, so you always know what you are looking at.
Where we draw the line
Trust only works if it has limits. These are ours.
What we do
- List clinics based on qualifications and patient feedback
- Verify reviews through confirmed treatment connections
- Track doctor ratings separately from clinic ratings
- Remove providers based on patient-reported behavior
- Disclose the source of all success rate data
- Continue monitoring providers after they are listed
What we don't do
- Accept payment for placement, rankings, or visibility
- Allow clinics to remove or suppress patient reviews
- Publish success rate data without disclosing the source
- Make treatment recommendations — that is your doctor's role
- Accept reviews from patients who have not received treatment through our platform
- Grant exceptions to removal based on commercial relationship
