Patients use this platform to make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Here is exactly how we list providers, collect patient feedback, calculate the IA Score, and hold clinics accountable.

Any clinic can apply. None can pay to rank higher.
Infertility Aide is not a paid directory. Any fertility clinic or doctor in our supported countries can apply to be listed. Eligibility is based on qualifications, not marketing spend. Providers cannot pay for better placement, and commercial relationships have no influence on where they appear in search results.

How patient feedback is collected
No document uploads and no self-reporting. Here is the process, step by step.
You connect with a doctor or clinic
Your conversation with the doctor or clinic starts on the platform, so every step is recorded from the first message.
Your treatment is completed
Treatment dates are logged on your timeline, and the conversation is closed as completed. This is how we know the care actually happened.
You have 7 days to give feedback
You score the doctor and the clinic out of 10. Every score starts at 10, and you lower any that were not right. A score below 8 needs a short written reason.
Your feedback is counted
Your scores feed the IA Score. If you do not respond within 7 days, we record "no issues reported" for that treatment.
How the IA Score works
One score out of 10 for every doctor and clinic, based on every patient, not only the ones who write a review.
Doctor score
A doctor's score follows the doctor, not the clinic they work at today. If a doctor moves to a different clinic, their feedback and score move with them.
Clinic score
A clinic's score comes from three things patients rate: cleanliness and infrastructure, staff helpfulness and communication, and waiting time and punctuality. It belongs to the clinic regardless of which doctors are on staff.
How the score is calculated
The IA Score is calculated by Infertility Aide. It is not an average of star ratings. It counts every patient who completed treatment through our platform, not only the patients who chose to write a review.
- After treatment is completed, the patient scores the doctor and three clinic areas: cleanliness and infrastructure, staff helpfulness and communication, and waiting time and punctuality.
- Every score starts at 10. Any score below 8 needs a written reason and is counted as a reported issue.
- The feedback window stays open for 7 days. If a patient does not respond, we record "no issues reported", which counts as 10.
- Doctor and clinic scores are kept separate. A doctor's score follows the doctor to any clinic. A clinic's score stays with the clinic.
- Patients can mark any written text as private. Only our team reads it, and the scores still count.
- Feedback goes live straight away. Text with personal details, links, or abusive language is held until a member of our team reviews it. Held text does not change the score.
Each profile shows how many patients the score is based on and how many reported issues, so you can judge the score for yourself.
Success rate data
Success rates are currently clinic-reported. We are building toward verified outcome data from patients treated through our platform. Every clinic profile clearly states which source applies, so you always know what you are looking at.
Where we draw the line
Trust only works if it has limits. These are ours.
What we do
- List clinics based on qualifications and patient feedback
- Collect feedback only after a completed treatment
- Track doctor scores separately from clinic scores
- Remove providers based on patient-reported behavior
- Disclose the source of all success rate data
- Continue monitoring providers after they are listed
What we don't do
- Accept payment for placement, rankings, or visibility
- Allow clinics to remove or suppress patient feedback, or show them private text
- Publish success rate data without disclosing the source
- Make treatment recommendations. That is your doctor's role.
- Count feedback from patients without a recorded, completed treatment
- Grant exceptions to removal based on commercial relationship
