Review Policy - Infertility Aide

Feedback from patients who completed treatment through Infertility Aide.

Every review on Infertility Aide comes from a patient whose treatment was arranged and completed through our platform. We ask for feedback only once care has actually taken place, so scores reflect treatment experiences rather than first impressions.

This page explains who can leave feedback, what we ask, how text is checked, and how scores are shown.

Who can leave feedback

  • Only patients whose conversation with a doctor or clinic was closed as treatment completed.
  • No feedback is requested after a consultation alone.
  • Eligibility is checked by our system, not by the patient, doctor, or clinic.
  • One submission is allowed per completed treatment.
  • Reviews written outside the platform, or based on someone else's experience, are not accepted.

How feedback is collected

When treatment is marked as completed, a 7-day feedback window opens. We email you on the first day, again two days later, and once more before the window closes.

  • Submitting feedback at any point stops the remaining reminders.
  • If you do not respond within 7 days, your silence is recorded as a 10/10 experience with no concerns reported.
  • Once the window closes, feedback can no longer be added or edited.

Patients who had a good experience rarely write reviews. Counting silence this way keeps the score from being shaped only by the patients who chose to speak up.

What patients score

Each score is a number from 1 to 10.

  • The doctor, scored once per treatment. This score follows the doctor to every clinic they work at.
  • The clinic, scored on cleanliness and infrastructure, staff helpfulness and communication, and waiting time and punctuality. These scores stay with the clinic.

Any score below 8 is counted as an issue and needs a written reason. Patients can also add an optional comment. Treatment outcome is shown on each review but is never scored, since results depend on many factors outside a doctor's or clinic's control.

Private feedback

Any written reason or comment can be marked private. Private text is read only by the Infertility Aide team and is never shown to the doctor, the clinic, or the public. The scores attached to it still count.

How reviews are moderated

Feedback goes live without waiting for approval. Automatic checks hold back any text that contains phone numbers, email addresses, links, abusive words, or text copied from other reviews, until our team reviews it.

  • Every moderation decision is made by a person on our team.
  • Text may be hidden if it breaks our rules. In most cases the scores remain and keep counting.
  • Whole reviews are removed only for false claims, abuse, personal details, retaliation, or content unrelated to care.
  • We do not edit the wording of patient feedback.
  • Doctors and clinics are not notified when a patient submits feedback.

How scores are displayed

Doctor and clinic profiles show an IA Score out of 10 and the number of patients it is based on. The color of the circle reflects the score: green for 8 and above, yellow from 6 to 7.9, and red below 6.

Each review card shows an anonymous patient ID, age, gender, location, diagnosis, procedure, and outcome. Patient names are never displayed. You can read exactly how the score is worked out on our page explaining how the IA Score is calculated.

Provider independence

Doctors and clinics cannot pay to remove, change, or promote feedback. They may not offer patients discounts or other benefits for reviews, or pressure anyone to change what they wrote.

Removing your feedback

To ask for your feedback to be removed, email support@infertilityaide.com from the address linked to your account. Closing your account does not remove your feedback unless you ask us to.
