The Content Operations Manager oversees the planning, publishing, and maintenance of content across Infertility Aide. This role ensures our articles, doctor profiles, treatment information, and educational resources remain accurate, well-organized, current, and aligned with our editorial, medical, and SEO standards.

Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end publishing workflow.
•Maintain and update articles, doctor profiles, and treatment pages.
•Coordinate with writers, designers, developers, and medical reviewers.
•Ensure content meets editorial, quality, and SEO standards.
•Monitor existing content and coordinate regular updates as information changes.
•Maintain editorial calendars and content workflows.
•Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining human oversight and editorial quality.
