The Digital Growth & Social Media Manager is responsible for growing Infertility Aide's digital presence across social platforms. This role combines creativity, analytics, and experimentation to build engaged communities, increase brand awareness, and support long-term audience growth.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies.
- •Create and publish engaging content with the content and design teams.
- •Monitor analytics and optimize performance through continuous testing.
- •Manage community engagement across social channels.
- •Identify new growth opportunities, trends, creators, and partnerships.
- •Execute both organic and paid social campaigns.
- •Report on performance and recommend growth initiatives.
