Did anyone do IVF in Malaysia? What was your experience like?
Do you have any suggested IVF clinics/doctors in Malaysia? Any other suggestions about the process?

I know a lot of them, since we live here. But if you're planning to come here from overseas, here's what should know:
Almost everyone speaks English. Atleast in the medical circles.
Clinic standards are pretty good, doctors are friendly and capable
Practically no waiting time
I don't have a list of the best clinics but I guess in general you can find one by:
I always prefer to speak to multiple clinics and doctors and then go with the one that feels right. You can never be a 100% sure and even if one person had good experience at a clinic, another may have the worst experience at the same place. You have to ask the right questions and trust your own instricts.

Our experience was outstanding. We'd be trying to conceive for a while and burnt thousands of $$, before on the recommendation of a friend I found Dr. Colin and his team in KL.
The experience overall was very smooth from the get go.
We tried to keep an open mind about the whole process and it helped that the clinic and doctor we chose were such professionals. I tried not getting in the way too much and they seemed to know what they were doing. I did have some nausea, not overbearing but I tried to walk around every day. We stayed near the clinic and I didn't want to be lazy just sitting around. Eventually, we got healthy embryos and will be going back soon for the frozen ET. Hope for the best!
